  • Will create all KPIs, VFOs and MITs per quarter and ensure the team hits their metrics
  • Will do sales call reviews once a week with the sales team in group calls
  • Will write the scripts for the sales team to use
  • Will update and track all major Revenue and KPIs on a daily basis and create all the reporting to do so.
  • Will meet with owner to establish goals and KPIs 1st of every month
  • Will hire, train and manage any new hires needed to sustain growth
  • Will meet with the setter team once a day to review the plan of action for the day and set expectations and goals for the day.
  • Will create all KPIs, VFOs and MITs per quarter and ensure the team hits their metrics
  • Will do setter message reviews once a week with the sales team in group calls
  • Will write the scripts for the setter team to use
  • Will update and track all major setter  KPIs on a daily basis and create reporting.
